How I approach technical leadership
Understand the system before changing it
Most legacy systems aren't badly built — they're misunderstood. I start by mapping how things actually work before proposing changes.
Modernize incrementally, not recklessly
Big rewrites are risky. I prefer steady, well-tested steps that keep the system running throughout.
Design for operations, not just development
Logging, rollback, and monitoring aren't afterthoughts — they're part of the design from day one.

Over 8+ years I’ve turned messy operational problems into systems teams can rely on — most recently building AI/LLM-integrated products like Moonlyst (Claude API). I currently lead platform architecture as Technical Co-Founder of AtlasOS, and hold an MSc in Big Data Analytics with Distinction and a Gold Medal for Academic Excellence.
Outside client work, I’m a builder too — I founded and run Worthynotes.lk, an online stationery shop I grew from a passion into a real product and brand, and share curiosity-driven videos on my YouTube channel, Tia’s World of Why.
